Ten Fluffy Chickens<\/strong><\/p>\n

I found this rhyme on The Best Kids’ Book Site<\/a>.

Five eggs and five eggs
\nAdd a clutch of eggs each time you say “five eggs”<\/em>
\nAnd that makes ten
\nSitting on top
\nAdd the hen<\/em>
\nIs Mother Hen
\nCackle cackle cackle
\nClap hands as you say Cackle!<\/em>
\nWhat do I see?
\nTen fluffy chickens
\nFlip over each clutch of eggs.<\/em>
\nYellow as can be.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I printed out the clip art, glued the chicks to the back of the eggs, then glued the edges of the eggs together so that there are two groups of five eggs, and laminated them. There are round white Velcro dots on each side to make it stick. Go look at Storytime Katie<\/a> for a super-cute felt version! <\/p>\n
