\nA wide-open love letter to imagination and belief.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nRailroad Hank<\/strong> by Lisa Moser and Benji Davies
\nGoofy fun; I laughed all the way through!<\/em><\/p>\n

\nOh No!<\/strong> by Candace Fleming and Eric Rohmann
\nFront cover, back cover, end papers, title page, illustrations, text…this story superbly and completely inhabits the picture book format.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nIt’s a Tiger!<\/strong> by David LaRochelle and Jeremy Tankard
\nBegins well, ends well, perfectly paced.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nA House Held Up By Trees<\/strong> by Ted Kooser and Jon Klassen
\nI booktalked this throughout the fall and never got tired of reading it aloud.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nA Home for Bird<\/strong> by Philip C Stead
\nVernon’s 100% genuine personality shines and shines.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>
\nExtra Yarn<\/strong> by Mac Barnett and Jon Klassen
\nPossibly what I love most is that the evil duke’s curse doesn’t need to be broken because…it just never sticks in the first place.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nBoot & Shoe<\/strong> by Marla Frazee
\nOutstanding layout & design in support of the text. Plus, adorable!<\/em><\/p>\n
